#This service is available to Global Payments customers who are accepted for acquiring services and is subject to the approval and terms and conditions. Your card machine’s banking window function must be performed before the set time in order to receive settlement the next banking day. Transactions processed via ecommerce pay pages, pay by link and virtual terminals may be subject to different settlement timescales.
*Lines are open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. If you have a speech or hearing impairment, you can call us using the Relay Service by dialling 18001 followed by 0800 0612535. Calls may be recorded. To help us continually improve on our service and in the interests of security, we may monitor and/or record your telephone calls with us. Any recordings remain our sole property.

If you apply directly with Worldpay Ecommerce, you will be entered into and maintain a separate contract with Worldpay, a Global Payments company.
In this instance, Worldpay (UK) Limited (“Worldpay”) undertakes the processing of card transactions. Businesses will be required to enter into and maintain a separate contract with Worldpay for the processing of the card transactions. Under the contract with Worldpay, transaction charges and other fees will apply.
